The Service
The Breakup Clarity Session is a single 90-minute one-to-one coaching session delivered online via Google Meet by Kelly of Kelly's Koaching.
The session is designed to help you gain clarity on your situation following a breakup, identify your key blockers, and leave with a personalised action plan and resources to support your next steps.
What is included:
✦ Pre-call questionnaire to allow Kelly to prepare fully for your session
✦ 90-minute one-to-one coaching session via Google Meet
✦ Session transcript (Google Meet auto-generated)
✦ Personalised post-session action plan including journaling prompts and recommended resources
✦ €150 Clarity Session Credit toward the full 12-Week Breakup Empowerment Programme if you choose to continue your journey
Coaching vs. Therapy — Important Distinction
The Breakup Clarity Session is a coaching service, not a therapeutic or clinical service. Kelly is a qualified breakup empowerment coach, not a licensed therapist, counsellor, or mental health professional.
Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. It is not a substitute for professional mental health support, therapy, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek appropriate professional support.
By booking this session, you acknowledge and accept this distinction.
Payment
The fee for the Breakup Clarity Session is €200, payable in full at the time of booking.
Your session will not be confirmed until payment has been received in full. Payment is processed securely via Dubsado at the point of booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Kelly understands that life happens. The following policy is designed to be fair to both parties while protecting Kelly's time and preparation.

| Cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice | No refund. One reschedule permitted within 30 days, subject to availability |

| Cancellation by Kelly | Full refund or reschedule at your preference |
Cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@kellyskoaching.com. The time and date of your email will be used to determine which policy applies.
Recording & Transcript Consent
Your Breakup Clarity Session will be transcribed via Google Meet for the sole purpose of generating your session transcript, which will be shared with you following the session.
By booking this session, you provide your explicit consent to the call being transcribed. The transcript will not be shared with any third party.
If you do not wish for the call to be transcribed, please contact Kelly at info@kellyskoaching.com before your session to discuss an alternative arrangement.
Confidentiality
Everything you share within your Breakup Clarity Session is treated with the utmost confidentiality. Kelly will not share any information you disclose during your session with any third party.
The only exception to this is where Kelly has a legal or ethical duty to do so — for example, if there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others. In such cases Kelly may be required to take appropriate action.
Your Responsibilities
To get the most from your Breakup Clarity Session, you agree to:
✦ Complete the pre-call questionnaire honestly and in full before the session
✦ Join the session on time via the Google Meet link provided
✦ Ensure you have a stable internet connection and a private, comfortable space for the session
✦ Engage openly and honestly — the more you put in, the more you get out
✦ Take responsibility for implementing the action plan and next steps from your session
Coaching is a collaborative process. I will show up fully prepared and completely present for you — and I ask that you do the same for yourself. You deserve it. 🌿
Limitation of Liability
Kelly's Koaching provides coaching services in good faith and with full professional care. However, Kelly cannot guarantee specific outcomes from the Breakup Clarity Session, as results depend on a number of individual factors including your own effort, circumstances, and commitment to the process.
Kelly's liability is limited to the fee paid for the session (€200) in the event of any claim arising from the service.
Continuing to the 12-Week Programme
If following your Breakup Clarity Session you decide to enrol in the full 12-Week Breakup Empowerment Programme, you will receive a €150 Clarity Session Credit to put toward the programme fee.
Should you proceed to the full programme, the separate terms and conditions of the 12-Week Programme will apply from that point. You will be provided with those terms at the time of enrolment.
